Mold Assessment & Protocol
A licensed Mold Assessment Consultant evaluates the property, identifies affected areas, and provides the remediation protocol that defines the scope of work.

Professional Remediation
We perform the remediation according to the protocol using proper containment, HEPA filtration, material removal, detailed cleaning, and other required remediation procedures.

Clearance & CMDR
After remediation, the Mold Assessment Consultant performs post-remediation clearance. Once clearance requirements are met, the required documentation is completed and a Certificate of Mold Damage Remediation (CMDR) is issued.
